Refunds

Thirty days, no reason required.

If Bandura does not do what you expected, write to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, without argument and without requiring a reason. Because the software is free to use before you buy, we would rather you evaluated it first — but the refund stands regardless.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record for your purchase and whose terms also apply to the transaction.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with the order id from your receipt. A human reads it. You do not need to explain yourself, and you will not be asked to sit through a retention pitch.

Why this is generous

Because it costs us very little. Bandura is free to download and run for thirty days before a licence is asked for, so anyone buying has already used the thing — refunds should be rare by construction rather than by friction. Nothing is switched off if you refund; the app keeps working exactly as it does for everyone who hasn't bought a licence.
